23 Sep 09
Move2 have recently completed a major project at Edinburgh University's Pollock Halls student accommodation in the South of Edinburgh.
The project involved the preperation of the student dormatories before the young residents arrive back in Edinburgh for the new term toward the end of September. The building had been used for visitors to the city over the summer and festival season.
In total Move2 were responsible for the project management and execution of assembling over 300 items of furniture and the removal of said items into the recently built Chancellor's Court residence which is home to over 700 students in their first year of university.
The project was completed on time and has proven Move2's ability to work on all sizes and aspects of removals work from a single item removal to a large scale internal move such as this.
Michelle Christian, a senior accommodation manager, said regarding Move2's work at Chancellor's Court:
"We have been delighted with all the work you have carried out and we have been impressed by your methodical and careful manner. We plan to use Move2 again in the future and would be more than happy to recommend you for other projects."
